Welcome to Mindfulness Instruction with Collective Change Partners. Here’s a bit of information to help you discern how to approach your experience.
Mindfulness Instruction offers guided meditation and mindfulness practice in combination with conversation about the recipients needs and experiences.
Collective Change Partners' mindfulness instruction is done with Dawn Lehman. Sessions are typically scheduled for up to an hour and held over the phone or Zoom. Because the relationship is a co-active partnership, a conversation will take place before the coaching begins to clarify expectations around:
Confidentiality, Supportive communication, Feedback, Timing / Schedule, and Fees
How many sessions are required? The investment to cultivate Mindfulness Practices is a personal choice and can vary based on individual needs. Eight weeks of consistent practice is recommended to establish a solid baseline but each person's process is different. While instruction sessions can be 1-time or ongoing, initially committing to a minimum or 3-6 session blocks is recommended in order to get a sense of the value.
How much does it cost? Collective Change Partners offers mindfulness instruction on a sliding scale from $50 - $100 per session, with the intention of making services available to those with limited financial means. We ask you to consider the value of personal instruction for you, as well as the amount you invest in related activities and services, and identify the rate that feels ‘right for you’. Payments can be made via Pay Pay (links below) or other methods, upon request. You will be asked to share your payment preferences in the introductory session and to submit payment in advance of your coaching sessions.
What next? Review the Mindfulness Instruction Agreement per the email and sign up for an Introductory session on our Coaching Calendar, or contact Dawn at CollectiveChangePartners@gmail.com.
