Committing time for reflection can renew meaning in any aspect of personal or professional life. 
​Coaching sessions provide a supportive forum for this process,
​making connections between ideals and actions.  

Coaching is a partner relationship focused on furthering a person’s sense of clarity, capacity and fulfillment.  Coaches use a range of tools, including listening, questioning and clarifying to support clients in achieving the desired outcomes which they bring to the session.
 
A coaching relationship involves interweaving focus on the following aspects:

• Self-Discovery:  Increasing one’s awareness and grounding in personal values, strengths and priorities, while acknowledging the beliefs and attitudes which may limit these.
• Exploring Possibilities:  Expanding one’s vision for an authentic and meaningful life, including aspects of both doing (what could your ideal life and work look like?) and being (what qualities would you like to inhabit along the way?).​
• Action: Identifying steps, and accountability processes, that will bring one into alignment with their vision.

Throughout the coaching process, the coach fosters mindfulness by supporting the client’s capacity to notice and be with physical sensations, emotions and thoughts.

​The coach also broadens the client perspective by challenging fixed views and exploring new ways of looking at the topics at hand.
